Yes, every miner comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If a unit fails under warranty, we replace the faulty board or the whole device.
On average 10 to 25 days, depending on the destination country and shipping method. You'll get a tracking number once it ships.
For one or two units, a well-ventilated room is enough. For a farm of dozens of miners, we recommend a dedicated space with proper exhaust and wiring sized for the load.
